Reason
With an engineering degree and nearly 12 years in the nuclear power valve industry (with a foray into combined cycle power and pulp/paper), Reason has learned a thing or two about maintenance. He's currently a Test Engineer at a commissioning nuclear power plant.

Nicole
After 6 years as a nuclear power valve mechanic, Nicole went into project management/account management for a valve company in their pulp/paper and combined cycle power division. She is currently pursuing her lifelong dream of business ownership and writing full-time.
